The Incheon Center for Creative Economy & Innovation announced that the startup discovery and investment connection 'Startup Pathfinder' project, managed by the center and operated by PaceMakers (CEO Kim Kyung-rak), successfully held an orientation event for the 10 teams selected this year on June 25, 2025. At the event, CEO Kim Kyung-rak and Vice CEO Cho Ki-hwan served as instructors for lectures on entrepreneurship and investment, and a time for each participating company to introduce themselves was also provided. PaceMakers plans to support the practical growth and investment attraction of participating companies through this year's program operation. The 10 teams selected this year will participate in various connected programs for the next five months, including mentoring from investment experts, support for writing corporate analysis reports, global expansion programs, and open innovation projects. The Incheon Center introduced its all-in-one value chain program that progresses through start-growth-expansion stages. While explaining the center's investment business, Team Leader Isaac Jung stated, "We will actively connect various programs, such as subsequent investment attraction, so that promising startups can derive practical results through this project." PaceMakers has also been successfully operating the Scale-up Batch Program (EDGE), which supports the growth and global expansion of startups in innovative fields such as AI, deep tech, and robotics. This program provides practical growth support such as direct investment, customized mentoring, IR material advancement, and investor networking. CEO Kim Kyung-rak stated, "We selected startups with innovativeness and growth potential along with the Incheon Center, and look forward to accompanying their growth." The Startup Pathfinder project is in its 7th year, having discovered a total of over 55 promising companies and investing more than 1.6 billion KRW across 13 excellent companies so far.
